I'm Arjay, a photographer with an editorial background who happens to really enjoy documenting weddings.

My day job is creative direction for LA fashion brands: building campaigns, art directing shoots, obsessing over composition and light. I've spent years learning how to create clean, intentional images. Then I started photographing weddings and realized all that training is way more fun when applied to real emotion and spontaneous moments.

I approach weddings the same way I approach editorial work: attention to light, clean compositions, honest moments, but with way less control and way more chaos. Which is exactly what makes it interesting. Your wedding isn't a controlled set. It's messy and emotional and full of unexpected moments. That's the good stuff.
